Taxes

Taxes for reservations or any other of our services are 12% (Sales Tax) and 10% (Service Tax)

All payments made by you to our website, includes these taxes.

Reservations

Only reservations paid in advance and prior to your arrival and made to our website or by transfer or bank deposit or Western Union will be considered valid.

Prices

Prices are for room only and by person; any other services (meals, laundry, etc) are not included.

All prices you pay to our website are tax included (taxes according Ecuador IRS)

Policy for cancelation of reservations

Only reservations paid in advance and prior to your arrival and made to our website or by transfer or bank deposit or Western Union will be considered valid.

Cancelation of reservation will be considered void in the following cases only:

1. Advising to our e-mail (info@latortuga.com.ec) with no less than 72 hours in advance.

2. Calling to our phones or fax with no less than 72 hours in advance.

Important:

If you miss to do it you will lose the total amount paid for your reservation.

Once your cancellation of reservation has been accepted, you could use it again within six months, with a prior reconfirmation in our reservation form. In no case will be cash refund.

Accommodation for children and breast-fed babies

All under 12 years old are considered as children and will pay 50% of normal rate.

All under 1 year old are considered as breast-fed babies and no charges for using our facilities.

Any other services in addition to accommodation (food, laundry, etc.) will be full paid at current prices.

Check Out

Check out will be from 12 hrs. of the next day of arrival; if you stay upon that time it will be considered as one day more, subject to be paid according the current rates.

Privacy policy

All information given to us by our customers by mean of our forms (Contact/Reservations) are important in order to give the most efficient service. Nevertheless, WE DO NOT share that information with another companies or individuals and it used to feed our own private data bank only, which will be used to send offers and information to our customers or to confirm reservations made to our website. All processes for mail delivery to our customers are carefully checked before to be made, protecting always our customer's privacy that has possibility to unsubscribe at any time just contacting us and asking for it.
