AYAMPE RIVER TOUR
(Horseback Riding on the Beach and Humid Forest, Bird Watching and Trekking)
Having over 280 bird species, this place is ideal for bird watching. It’s also perfect for trekking and observing a great variety of wood, medicinal, and fruit plants.
You can walk along the river’s stream, which is best for bird watching. Trekking time is estimated at 4 hours.
We also organize horseback riding excursions starting at Puerto Rico village to head on to Ayampe beach to get to the Ayampe River. Riding time on the beach is an hour and a half and 2 hours from Ayampe River. Overall tour time is estimated at 5 hours.
